Welcome to SECTIONS. By using the SECTIONS application and services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity on your account.
Sections grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the app for personal use.
When purchasing event tickets, reservations, or services, you authorize us and our payment processor Stripe to charge your payment method. All sales are subject to the refund policy of the event organizer or venue.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge and agree to receive text messages from Sections App LLC regarding your event requests, ticket status, event updates, and promotional offers.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to +1 (754) 239-9129. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@sectionsapp.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity and event participation. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Venues and organizers are solely responsible for their own rules, entry decisions, safety practices, and operations.
SECTIONS is provided as is and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sections App LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or attendance at any event.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida.
